In the 1940s, Detroit’s B. Siegel Department Store defined women’s fashion in the City. Located on the southeast corner of 7 Mile & Livernois, B. In 2021, this iconic building has been reimagined as a mixed use development, once again the centerpiece of the resurgent Avenue.
